superb locationtidy roomstrong wifi
the location was superb! i found it so easy to access various spots around the city. the room was very tidy and included all expected amenities.. i especially liked the strong wi-fi connection. the communal area offered free tea and coffee, and that was just fantastic..
The shower temperature was slightly temperamental. It took a little while to adjust.

The location was convenient. It was easy to access from the train station. I appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee available .
The TV did not work. The safe also did not function. I found this quite inconvenient as I wanted to store my valuables securely in the room.

The complimentary coffee machine in the lobby was acceptable.
The room I booked was unbearably hot, even with the AC on. To make matters worse, the toilet became blocked after every use.. a good experience. Staff were unhelpful when I raised the issue of the room being falsely advertised.

the location was very convenient. it was easy to reach many places from there (i liked this a lot). staff members were helpful. there was also free tea, coffee, and fruit available in the common area.
the bed was too firm for my liking. i didn't find a kettle in the room. the coffee machine in the hall was out of service (this was disappointing).

The room included a smart tv. The lounge provided tea and coffee making facilities, I found this unexpected. The bar downstairs offered a discount on drinks . The location was great (everything was easy to reach).
I noticed some very slight noise coming from nearby locations, and it went on quite late.
